Three iPad Cases That I Like

I'm going to buy a case for my iPad soon. After long hours of research, I've stopped at these three iPad cases which I selected out of a few dozens. I'm not sure yet which one I'm going to buy, but I'd love to hear from you before I place my order. Which case do you like most and why?

1. Gucci iPad Cases:

2. Hard Candy Cases Bubble Sleeve:

3. Temple Leather iPad Case:

I think the Gucci is perfect, but I'm not attracted by the price, which is a bit too steep for my taste. The bubble sleeve is cute, but it's not actually a "case", so the iPad will be naked and exposed each time I'm going to use it. This is valid for the Gucci as well. The Temple case allows using the iPad without taking it out, therefore this would be the closest to my needs.

SF Bags WaterField Designs SleeveCase Ultimate for iPad

This is a video review of SF Bags WaterField Designs SleeveCase Ultimate for the iPad. This sleeve case is designed to fit a naked iPad or an iPad with a very slim case on it such as the SwitchEasy Nude (as you can see in this video). If you have a bulkier case you'll have to take it off your iPad, otherwise you won't be able to fit it inside the sleeve. Video Rating: 5 / 5

This is the Universal 8.9-10.2 Netbook Notebook Sling Bag - it's small and durable, seems to be made from a waterproof fabric and the lining is awesome. I just love orange.

The iPad fits perfectly inside. Sorry I don't have a photo of the iPad in the bag, but you can put your imagination at work.

This is the Universal 8.9-10.2 Netbook Notebook Sling Bag closed. Notice the two handles and the shoulder strap. They are perfect. The zippered exterior pockets are useful for keeping some items handy.

What do you think? Is this bag a keeper? I surely think so.

Our New Cookbook

Isn't this a quite expensive cookbook? Well, this is one of the many uses one can give to an iPad. All you need is an appropriate stand and a protective cover to save your new device from becoming a menu with food samples.

Apple's new iPad - Revolutionary?

Question of the day: Apple's new iPad - Revolutionary or just another expensive toy for grown-ups?

I've been watching reactions to the new iPad from Apple, which was launched earlier this year. There are voices that say it looks just like a bigger iPod touch. If you look closer at what it has to offer, yes, we can say the iPad does just what the iPod touch does.

Sure, it's nice to have a bigger screen but there are a few practical issues with the iPad, being that it is far too large to fit in the pocket or even a small bag, making walking along the street listening to music impractical and a mugging hazard. It does not do anything more than the average iPod touch or laptop, and for the much-hyped 'internet surfing', the user has to be in a location with wifi connection. There is no USB port, ruling it out as a laptop replacement, and to type a long essay, the iPad would have to be laid flat on a table, making the user strain to see the screen, unlike the traditional laptop. Overall? I would say the iPad is an unnecessary, overhyped gadget with no real use. However, I would be interested in hearing other peoples' opinions, so leave them below and tell me what you think!
